Cute but some quality issues

For reference, this keyboard was the first I personally bought for myself. I am not a keyboard expert by any means.

Pros:

- The keyboard comes in a variety of cute colors and the small display also a unique add.
- Not overly expensive. My entire set cost about $160, I believe.
- The keyboard offers a wide variety of RGB presets that are fun to toggle.

Cons:

- The English manual is a bit difficult to understand.
- In order to change the GIFs playing in the small display, you must download an additional application (Image Custom Tool). This took me a while to understand based on the English translation.
- The keyboard does not connect to the VIA application, and only somewhat works on the VIA webapp. Even after toggling between different connectivity modes and the WIN/MAC switch, the keyboard is not detected.
- My biggest issue was that the Left Control key would only occasionally work. When testing at the physical store, the key registered so I took it home with me without additional thought. However, upon bringing the keyboard home, I noticed that the Left Control key would only occasionally register, and the switch would sometimes even accidentally come out of the board altogether. There was nothing wrong with the keycap nor the switch. Pushing the key in harder and swapping switches did not solve the issue. Eventually, I just took the entire keyboard apart and found out the holes for the Left Control key in the motherboard were simply not large enough. After widening the holes, the key works perfectly and I have not experienced any other issues, but it was a hassle to have to do.
- The time/calendar on the small display does not always align with the current time/date. I am unsure of how to fix this.
