Terms of service

All keyboards, prebuilt or customised via BAB (Build-A-Board), come with their respective manufacturer warranties. All warranty claims will be processed on-site by our staff at The Laboratory.

The manufacturer warranty is void if:

• The product is deemed to have been subjected to abuse, improper use (such as
  being subjected to liquids, extreme temperatures, or other extreme conditions), or
  environmental conditions beyond the manufacturer’s approved use.
• The defect(s) were subjected to Force Majeure, such as floods, earthquakes and
  other natural disasters, vandalism, theft, or damage caused by voltage disturbances.
  When making a Warranty Claim, a receipt, electronic or physical, must be presented.
  To ensure a smooth warranty process, please bring your receipt, item, its packaging, as well as any accompanied accessories.
