I had a corporate event with the laboratories - on the day of the event, instructions were clear, event was smooth, and everyone was happy with the service and quality of the keyboard that they received. However, as an organiser of the staff welfare event, I had to say that the days leading up to the event, instructions given were not very clear and logistically, we were not prompted the options that we could choose from and on the day of the event, there were also many options that were not available which led to some disappointment by the team. Individuals had to make their own trip down to the venue on their own time to change their keyboard if they wish. Hence, quality of keyboard were good, but pre event communication and logistical arrangement could have been done better.
