Bad experience getting my first customised keyboard

On the day I have gotten my keyboard after spending time installing the switches and the keycaps, during testing it was found that plenty of my switches did not work and I was told it was a base board issue. I was told that the staff would contact me once they got a restock, I emailed in after leaving that day to ask for an approximate day I would be able to come down for it / for it to be delivered. There was no response, so since I was in the area the next day too, I came down to enquire in person. That was okay to me, but when the staff did contact me to come down to collect my order on Wednesday I had responded that I would be coming down on Friday evening. Unfortunately when I came down I was told that my keycaps have been sold. In addition, I was initially told that the base board would be restocked (so I expected a new base board) unfortunately I have my suspicion that it was opened to be fixed by soldering due to the fingerprints and same scratches on it that I had recognise it from the first time I saw it (but chose to close one eye to). There’s a lack of transparency and handling of your logistics for this to happen and I would say I am very disappointed. Perhaps it’s the tight manpower and lack of staff to help around the store and properly manage your logistics but this has been a two week process and although the staff are really polite and did offer free delivery services after all that, this has taken coming to 2 weeks(?) which isn’t why I went down to the store in person when I could have order elsewhere online.
